2. Orders & Payment

• All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and subject to change
• We accept M-Pesa, debit/credit cards via Pesapal
• Payment must be completed at time of order placement
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Order modifications must be made within 30 minutes by contacting support
• Product availability is subject to stock levels and seasonal variations

3. Delivery Terms

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and weather
• You must provide accurate delivery information
• Someone must be available to receive the delivery
• Delivery fees may apply based on location
• We are not responsible for delays beyond our control

4. Returns & Refunds

• Fresh produce can be returned within 24 hours if not satisfactory
• Products must be in original condition for refund
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
• Contact customer support for return requests
